Good people who want to learn all the time will naturally surround themselves with other people who want to learn all the time and that group compounds much faster. Our country will move forward where more people will take risks with their careers. More people taking risks with their careers will result in them creating careers for other people who don't want to take risks.  People who keep complaining about work-life balance either have a shitty life or a shitty job.                   Dr. A. P. J ABDUL KALAM was the former President and aerospace scientist of India. He is called "THE MISSILE MAN OF INDIA",for his major contribution in defence sector, he has also made contribution to Indian Space Research Organisation and was a pioneer in making India a part of  'ELITE SPACE CLUB'.
Here are his few advices....

"I have considered the price of perfection prohibitive and allowed mistakes to be a part of learning process. I prefer a a dash of daring and resistance to perfection".

"Bread baked without love is a bitter bread that feeds , but half a man's hunger - those who cannot work with hearts, achieve but a hollow, it is the half hearted success that breeds bitterness all around".

What can one do to strengthen personal freedom?
"By building your own education and skills. Knowledge is a tangible asset, quite often the most important tool in your work. The more up-to-date the knowledge you possess, the freer you are. Knowledge cannot be taken away from anyone except by obsolescence. A leader can only be free to lead his team if he keeps abreast of all that is happening around him-in real time".

"Total commitment is a crucial quality for those who want to reach the very top of  their profession. The desire to work at optimum capacity leaves hardly any room for anything else".

"Know where you are going. The great thing in the world is not knowing so much where we stand, as in what direction we are moving".

"Be more dedicated to making solid achievements than in running after swift but synthetic happiness". (synthetic happiness- is what we make when we don't get what we wanted.)

                       THANK YOU!!

Thinking from First Principles - The Physics framework of thinking !! 🔥

First Principles - The Physics framework of thinking!!          "The Earth is flat". This is what people thought, because they could see people, vehicles, all moving in the horizontal direction, until science came and proved it wrong. Like this, in our day to day life, we start assuming things  to be true, that we observe or what people tell us, without thinking whether it is actually true or appearing to be. So how do we know the actual fact? Can we change the way we think? YES... we need to adopt the "First Principles Thinking" method. What is First Principles Thinking?   Why should we use it?         The first time I heard this was from SpaceX CEO, Elon Musk. First principles thinking  is a kind of physics way of looking at the world. It is basically boiling things down to the fundamental truths, that you know are true and reasoning from up there. In mathematics, it is known as an axiom. Normally, what people do i...

Learning the way to learn | How to learn anything ?

Learning the way to learn | How to learn anything?   Many of us say that we know or have knowledge, whenever we are asked about the topic we are familiar with. But does that actually mean you have understood it well enough ? Hmm…           If a friend of yours, comes and asks you to explain about something, you might have told him what you know about the topic but couldn't have explained it clearly or you probably might have confused him even more…  Why does that happen ?  what is it indicating ? Is it indicating the lack of understanding about the topic in us ?   If you want to master something, teach it.                                                                          -Richard Feynman      The Feynman tec...
